In order to provide your property with the largest pool of available tenants, Golfpark Properties is a member of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), is optimized for Google, advertises in local newspapers and cooperates with many local brokers. As Property Managers, we are required to be licensed by the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) and we conduct business in accordance with the Federal Fair Housing Act.

Our services are structured to give each property individualized attention during each phase of leasing and management. Designed to meet your needs, our services are as follows:

LEASING SERVICE - Marketing, pre-qualifying prospects, showings, accepting and scrutinizing applications, check references and qualify applicants, review rules, requirements and policies, complete and sign rental agreements, request all monies.
FEE: 1 month rent.
FULL SERVICE MANAGEMENT - This includes Leasing Service, collecting rents, arranging and making payments for needed repairs, tenant issues, periodic inspection of property to insure proper maintenance, interior inspections, itemized accounting statements, coordination of lawn, pressure washing, repairs, pest control and pool maintenance, etc.
FEE: 1/2 of monthly rental amount (leasing fee) plus 10% of monthly rental amount per month.
HOME CHECK - Includes security and physical checks, mail collection and forwarding, coordination of lawn, pest and pool maintenance, flushing toilets and running water, checking heat/AC settings, coordination of cleaning and making ready, watering plants, coordination of pressure washing and repairs etc.
FEE: 2000 Sq. Ft or less, $50 per month; above 2000 Sq. FT, $60-$100 per month.
